Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: We always aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 24 hours subject to stock and availability. You will be contacted by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will be any longer than our stated time.

Q: What does it cost?
A: On orders over £100.00 GBP delivery is free to the majority of mainland UK addresses. click here for details of exceptions.

Q: What is your returns policy
A: In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, providing you return the goods within 10 days, unsoiled and unused in their original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, which should be well packed and labelled with an authorised returns number which can be obtained by contacting customer services on 0800 731 6440

Please accept our apologies if you have received your goods damaged or faulty. Contact our customer services on 0800 731 6440 within 3 days of receipt, and you will be issued with an authorised returns number and advised of the quickest way to return your goods. We will either credit or exchange the item. Note: the item must be returned in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt.

Q: Christmas returns policy
A: We have an extended returns policy for the Christmas period, Goods purchased after 1st November can be returned up to the 14th January.

It is your responsibility in all cases to obtain proof of postage and we also recommend you insure against loss or damage.
