We always aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 24 hours subject to stock and availability. You will be contacted by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will be any longer than our stated time. How do I return an item? Simply call us on 0800 731 6440, and one of our customer support team will issue with a authorised returns number that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain an authorised returns number before sending any items back to us or we will not be able to process your return. Please follow the easy guidelines below. Faulty or defective items; Please accept our apologies if you have received your goods faulty or defective. Contact our customer services on 0800 731 6440 within 3 days of receipt, and you will be issued with an authorised returns number and advised of the quickest way to return your goods. We will either credit or exchange the item. Note: the item must be returned in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. If you change your mind providing you return the goods within 10 days, unsoiled and unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition including instructions etc and in their original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, which should be well packed and labelled with an authorised returns number which can be obtained by contacting customer services on 0800 731 6440 We recommend returning any and all goods by recorded or special delivery and that you insure against loss or damage. | |
