The Fendt Lotus range of machines feature unique Fendt Performance tines, making them the most efficient tedders in their class. The shape and position of the ties ensure greater volumes of grass and hay are moved.
Efficiency is key
- The Fendt Lotus is one of the most efficient tedders in its class. A greater volumes of grass and hay are shifted, due to the shape and position of the Lotus’ tines. The tines are extra stable due to their durable design, meaning they can be used at high power transmission.
- The Lotus features an anti-wrapping system preventing the crop from wrapping itself around the wheel axle, and adapts to the ground every time due to the wheels being close to the tines.
Unrivalled apadtability
- The Lotus features large rotor plates, which allow the tine speed to remain high at a low rotor speed, whilst voluminous tyres on every rotor allow a brilliant feed intake and ground adjustment. The operator can easily move a single bolt to adjust the spreading angle position, with a choice of 5 settings from 10° to 17°.
- Several swivel joints between the rotors make sure each one individually adapts to the ground, and maintenance-free double-cross joints ensure direct power transfer. The overload protection on the main drive joint shaft also increases operational reliability.
