Sturdy, stable, sufficient
- All of the Fendt Former hay rakes are equipped with a fully cardanic rotor suspension. This allows incredible adjustability to the ground, both lengthwise and diagonally.
- Combined with smaller details including CamControl, Jet-Effect, flexHigh, and SteerGuard, the Fendt Former picks up forage that is stuck in wheel tracks or hollows, reducing loss of perfectly usable forage. The forage shape is maintained even on headlands, and the sward is also protected when on unpredictable terrain.
Maximum durability
- The Fendt Former rake heads are designed to be long-lasting, and provide unparalleled stability. The Fendt Former 3 and Fendt Former 4 rake heads feature taper rings that create a sturdy unit with accurate centring.
- Meanwhile, the Fendt Former 5 and Fendt Former 6 rake heads are equipped with a maintenance-free rotor arm bearing, and ball bearings are used at large distances. This results in optimum stability. In addition, the tine arms are arranged in tangents, offering high quality raking and forage pickup even at higher speeds. The tines are screwed in from below, resulting in a smooth surface that forage cannot get stuck to.
