The JCB TM420 Agri features JCB’s DIESELMAX 4.8L engine which provides 150hp (112kW).
In addition, a new 8-speed powershift transmission with TorqueLock, 4WD and great visibility come together to offer great power and performance from this machine.

- The 8-speed TorqueLock is combined with easy-to-use regenerative hydraulics and high load retention. Thanks to this, the JCB TM420 Agri has a large range of travel speeds perfect for all applications, and improved fuel efficiency.
- An Auto Smoothride System (SRS) affords high load retention, while boom end damping is included when extending, retracting, and lowering. Compared to previous models, the JCB TM420 Agri has improved visibility – a multi-curved glazing generates a 13% increase in forward visibility, while upward visibility boasts a 52% increase.
Maximum efficiency, maximum comfort.
- Achieve maximum efficiency while being in superb comfort with the JCB TM420 Agri. A variable speed engine cooling fan that adjusts automatically and high back-off power brakes combined with the 8-speed powershift transmission maximise the efficiency of the machine. In addition, the hydraulics are load-sensing, only consuming power on demand and therefore conserving fuel.
- A comfortable cab is created thanks to a HVAC system and 3-speed fan heater, single lever mounted servo joystick controls, a dedicated media port for excellent connectivity, and seats with lumbar support and fully adjustable heating.
